This hype about taking care of ourselves and the entire Wellness industry is real! And I guess it's safe to say that we all want to feel good in our bodies and about our lifestyle, right? 
But sometimes it really seems to be a struggle getting to this 5am, gym- girly, healthy food kind of life. Because, let's be real, we have a job, we have a family to take care of - some of us have kids, a dog…you name it. 
At the end of the day, we come to the conclusion that this is too much effort and we really do not have the time for all of this. Like, people used to live before all of this, right?
